Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the AfDB MicroGreen Project, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be an individual entrepreneur, startup founder, or owner of an existing business
  • Open to applicants from all sectors of the economy
  • Must present a viable, innovative, and scalable business idea or model
  • Existing businesses should demonstrate growth potential and measurable impact
  • Must show commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and social impact
  • Willingness to actively participate in all stages of the program, including training and mentorship sessions
  • Must complete registration through officially designated Coordinators or Representatives
